The Product Goal describes a future state of the product. The Scrum Team uses it as a North Star to align efforts towards achieving this goal. It is part of the Product Backlog and supports the emergence of Product Backlog items that help achieve the Product Goal. A Scrum Team always works on one Product Goal at a time.
