Are you a manager, team leader or area manager and wondering how to act in your new role? The Agile Academy has several solutions for executives and those who want to become one in an agile company.
First and foremost, there is the Certified Agile Leadership 1 (CAL-1) training for all those interested, which consists of the three modules "Basics", "Organization" and "Teams". Afterwards, there are the possibilities of the Agile Leadership Journey and the CAL-2 Coaching, which is designed for half a year.
