Adrián Perreau de Pinninck

Adrian is passionate about modern management approaches and is the founder of Partnos, a consulting and training company focused on growing healthy organizations. He previously held leadership roles including Director of Learning and Development at Codurance (a European software craftsmanship thought leader), CIO at Voxel Group (twice awarded “Great Place to Work”®), and Engineering Program Manager at Criteo, then the fastest-growing tech company in Europe.

With over two decades of experience, Adrian has coached and trained startups and Fortune 500s across diverse sectors including telecommunications, advertising, automotive, travel, aerospace, pharmaceuticals, utilities, IT, and banking. Since 2012, he has worked as an organizational consultant, driven by the mission of helping companies stay innovative as they grow.

His current interests focus on leveraging Agile, Sociocracy, and Artificial Intelligence to enhance team performance and innovation. Adrian regularly speaks at international conferences, including multiple Global Scrum Gatherings, the Spanish national Agile conference (CAS), Agile Lean Europe, and the Latam Agile Conference. He also serves as the Open Space facilitator for the Spanish SoCraTes conference since its inception in 2016.

Adrian is a Certified Scrum Trainer® with the Scrum Alliance, a lecturer in master’s programs at La Salle and ESADE, and has trained over 2,000 people in Agile and Scrum. He holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence and completed a Management Development Program at IESE Business School. His previous experience includes leading a major Continuous Delivery transformation at a publicly-listed tech firm, reducing delivery cycle times from 60 to 15 days.
