Since 1994, Arne has held roles in consulting, product management, and leadership across the IT and telecommunications sectors. His executive experience includes serving as Managing Director of a software company and as Vice President of Product Management for a mobile software development firm.
Today, Arne helps organizations and individuals increase their business impact by encouraging critical thinking, autonomy in decision-making, and challenging the status quo. His work empowers teams to take ownership and align product development with real customer needs.
Arne is a Certified Scrum Trainer® (CST), a Certified Trainer in Training from the Back of the Room (TBR), and a former licensed facilitator for Management 3.0. His sessions blend experiential learning with practical tools that help participants apply concepts immediately in their contexts.
