John is passionate about helping individuals, teams, and organisations reach their full potential. With a military background and experience coaching across various industries, he has developed a unique agile coaching style that blends business agility principles with a range of coaching approaches.

He specialises in helping organisations simplify complexity and build resilience, using tools like outcome-based coaching and systemic modelling to support clients in setting clear goals and achieving tangible results.

His recent achievements include enabling IAG Loyalty to meet ambitious targets during the COVID-19 pandemic while reducing staff turnover, building an internal training and coaching capability at Maersk that significantly cut external costs, and supporting Vodafone’s Secure Net product in surpassing 20 million paid subscribers.

Outside of work, John is a passionate learner who regularly attends global meetups and conferences to explore fresh ideas and learn from the wider community.
