Pascal Gugenberger

Pascal Gugenberger is a Certified Scrum Trainer® at Colenet GmbH and has been supporting individuals, teams and entire companies on their way to agility for more than 20 years.

As a trainer and coach, he focuses primarily on helping organizations to achieve two things:

1. Delight their customers with superior products and services, even in an increasingly turbulent world.
2. To create a work environment in which employees are happy to do their jobs and can contribute their diverse skills so that the full potential of people and organizations can be realized.

Pascal has several years of experience as a manager, consultant, software engineer, product owner and scrum master in various industries and company sizes. Since 2018, he has been a Certified Scrum Trainer® of the Scrum Alliance®. One of his specialties here is that he offers the entire learning path of the Scrum Alliance - from the beginner level (Certified ScrumMaster, Certfied Scrum Product Owner) to the advanced level (Advancded Certified ScrumMaster, Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner) to the expert level (Certified Scrum Professional - ScrumMaster and Certified Scrum Professional - Product Owner).

Furthermore, as a former software engineer, Pascal also offers the possibility to embark on the agile journey as a Certified Scrum Developer.
