Richard Dolman is an enterprise and leadership agility coach and trainer with over two decades of experience helping organizations build resilience and deliver impact through agile and lean methods. He has worked across industries and stages of growth, equipping leaders and teams with the tools to thrive in today’s dynamic business environment.

His mission is to empower people—especially leaders and teams—to unlock their full potential, solve complex business and technology challenges, and become truly high-performing through collaboration, psychological safety, and a strong culture of continuous learning.

Richard works closely with organizational leaders to drive agility and resilience by fostering cultural awareness, enhancing leadership capabilities, and grounding decisions in pragmatic thinking. His coaching approach integrates both strategic and human-centered perspectives to support meaningful change.

He holds multiple credentials, including Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC), Certified Agile Leader, ICAgile Authorized Instructor, ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC), and ORGANIC agility Professional. He is also a former board member and treasurer of Agile Denver, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting agility in the local community.
