Jan Neudecker boasts over a decade of experience as an Agile Coach and Scrum Trainer, during which he has gained diverse expertise across various environments. From startups to international corporations, he has successfully guided teams and organizations in developing products using agile approaches that delight users.

Throughout his journey to becoming a Certified Scrum Trainer®, Jan has empowered nearly 1000 individuals to skillfully integrate agile methods into their workflow. His trainings and coaching sessions are distinguished by their practical relevance and interactivity.

Jan actively gives back to the Agile Community, which has significantly influenced his own growth. He currently serves as the User Group Host for Agile Monday Rhein Neckar in Mannheim. Additionally, he has served as a lecturer at various universities.

Personal Life: Outside of his professional activities, Jan is a dedicated father who enjoys spending quality time with his family. He is also an avid cyclist, finding challenges and inspiration on two wheels.
