Oliver Winter is a freelance Product Owner Coach. He supports Organizations and Product Owners in developing the right product for their respective target groups. He shares his knowledge and skills in Product Discovery, Product Vision and Product Strategy.

As Certified Scrum Professional® (CSP-SM & CSP-PO) he also accompanies agile teams in their challenges in daily cooperation. His philosophy is to work together creatively whenever possible in order to create real product innovation. 

Prior to his self-employment, Oliver worked as Head of Product Management/VideoOnDemand at Mediengruppe RTL, was Director Product at HRS Robert Ragge GmbH and Director Product at Ligatus GmbH.

As a consultant and trainer, he advises a large number of clients from various industries (primarily media, IT service providers, insurance companies) on questions of product strategy, product innovation and organisational development. In addition to conducting workshops for product managers and scrum teams, he regularly coaches individual product owners. Once a year, he works for several weeks for one of his clients as an interim product owner, as this enables him to pass on his knowledge hands-on and to continuously reflect on and adapt his training content.
