Rudolf Gysi is Senior Agile Coach and founder of Wertwandler. He is passionate about supporting people, teams and organizations on their way to a meaningful, creative and successful working world.

Rudolf has been a pioneer of the agile community for more than 15 years and has experience in the following areas:

• Building an Agile Caching Team in the context of large enterprises (coaching, training, mentoring, Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Agile RE).
• Coaching and mentoring teams on all levels during the start of joint collaboration including the introduction of learning processes on the product/project as well as on collaboration
• Development of new thinking models and frameworks (Iteraton Zero) that provide solutions to complex problems

Rudolf is Kanban Trainer LKU, Kanban Enterprise Coach, Scrum Certified Professional, Lego Serious Play Facilitator and holds the CAS Team Dynamics under Change - Leading and Consulting Groups and the Diploma of Advanced Studies from the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW).
